outareplacement*unittothecustomerbygroundservice(subjecttoinve ntoryavailability).

ReturnAnyUnauthorizedItemstoEliteScreens,astheywillberefusedandreturned
atyourexpense.TheRMANumbermustbeincludedontheoutsidelabelofyourshipping
box.Ourwarehouseisnotauthorizedtoacceptreturns withoutanRMAnumberonthe
shippinglabel.

validfor45daysfromthedateissued.
• MissingPartsmustbereportedwithin7daysofreceipt.Ifreportedafter7days,thecustomer
willberesponsibleforshippingandhandlingfees.Ifreportedafter30daysofreceipt,the
customerwillberesponsibleforcostofparts
andshipping&handlingfees.
