1. ID 01:Set the ID number of the moving sign that you are going to send to,
ID number from 01~07
if you set ID=99 means broadcast to every signs
To find out the display board ID: Power off the display board then power on,
the display will show “SDC DISPLAY 01”---means ID=01, the ID can be
changed from the DIP-SW on the PCB inside the display board. The factory
set ID is 01.
2. Stay 03: means the first 16 characters will stay for 3 seconds than begin to
scrolling left, the setting ranged from 01 to 99
3. Speed 04: means the speed for scrolling, ranged from 0(fastest) to
9(slowest)
4. Function 1: means showing the message for 1 time only the blanked.
Function 2 means showing the message for many times and the message
will be stored into the display board. If you send a new message to the
display board, it will waiting for the previous message scrolling out
completely than shows up the new one. Function 3 means shows up new
message immediately. Function 0 means just clear the display boards.
5. Send: When you finished key in all the data, you need to click “Send” for
sending out via RS232 port
Max. data can be 160 charaters.
6. RunTime: When you click “RunTime” the display board will show the date
hours : minutes : seconds : 1/10 & 1/100 seconds
The function should set
to 3. You need to stop the “RunTime” then back to send message.
7. Load: means to read out the setting before from the “TestRun.ini” file
include the message data
8. Save: means to save the current setting to the “TestRun.ini” file include the
message data

The “TestRun.ini” file is stored in text file. Be sure the RS232 communication
port setting is correct.
ComNumber=1 means COM port 1, you need to change to the port number
connected to the display. If you are using a USB to RS232 converter, the COM
port number is other than 1, please check your computer of control panel and
hardware.
