Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1: The APP cannot search for the device?
A1:
Step1: Check the wiring to ensure the control box is powered.
Step2: Open the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone, power on normally, and the device can be
searched on the mobile phone.
Step3:
For iPhone, please follow the steps below:
1) Please restart the mobile phone and download the "MIC Light" or "Mictuning" app.
2) Open the APP authorization and Bluetooth authorization (phone settings - privacy - Bluetooth -
allowed apps).
3) Ensure the ALL DEVICES section has at least 1 device showing.
4) Tap the "Save Connections", and add your "Rock Light-3Q1" or "Rock Light-3Q1S" (or whatever
version you have).
If it is an Android phone, please follow the steps below:
1) Please restart the mobile phone and download the "MIC Light" or "Mictuning" app.
2) Turn on the location service and APP location authorization.
3) Allow all the permissions the app requests. If you don't, the app will not work.
4) Tap on the settings (slider icon on the upper right).
5) Ensure the ALL DEVICES section has at least 1 device showing.
6) Tap the "Save Connections", and add your "Rock Light-3Q1" or "Rock Light-3Q1S" (or whatever
version you have).
7) Tap the Back button on the upper-left.
8) Try the colors. If it works, that's it. You can configure your lights the way you want.
Q2: No Bluetooth signal can be searched in the phone Bluetooth settings.
A2:
Step1: Check whether the wiring and power supply are properly connected (ensure that no other mobile
phone is connected to the device).
Step2: Turn off the control box, restart it, and search close to the control box. If the device is still not
found, please contact us.
Q3: In the case of APP connected to the device, the light is not controlled nor the
colors.
A3:
Step1: If the rock light can come on, you just need to check the controlled device option on the APP.
Step2: If the controlled device is checked on the APP, the light still does not light up or the color cannot
be changed, please contact us.
Q4: The APP cannot display the color correctly when switching colors.
