How to change from vertical to inclined function

1. Slide the loop handle onto back side of frame

2. Lay down the frame

3. Open the hook and then put the loop handle into the hook.

How to change from inclined to horizontal function

1. Lay hand truck to horizontal.

2. Put the tube into the hole .
