Plymovent Mini Rail Profile (MRP)

The Plymovent Mini Rail Profile (MRP) is a flexible exhaust extraction rail for several vehicles, equipped with a number of extraction units. It is designed for use with passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, and can connect multiple stationary vehicles. The MRP features manual connection/disconnection of exhaust nozzles, and can be installed on either the ceiling or wall.

The MRP is made of extruded aluminum and has a weight capacity of 270 kg. The hose is made of thermoplastic material with a nylon helix, and is crush resistant with a temperature range of -30°C to 150°C. The rubber seal is made of EPDM rubber with low friction material, and the trolley has wheels with ball bearings.

Warning-unauthorized personnel are not allowed to stay near to installation-area.
Note! Load on support legs. see page2.
Note! Mount End- cover directly after Trolley (MIC-100) has been installed
IN OPERATION
Note! It is not allowed to hang up irrelevant material in MRP-profile.
SERVICE—MAINTENANCE
Use approved Work-platform or Scaffold.
Check that End- cover is replaced after service of Crab(MIC-100).

1. Clean the inside of the rail where the trolley wheels are running.
2. Clean the inside of rubber seal.
3. Check the trolley, clean the wheels.
4. Check balancer-support, wire and safety chain.
5. Balancer spring tension is to be adjusted when needed, se separate manual for
balancer.
6. Check the hose suspension belt and the nozzle. Line up ( adjust belt and nozzle)
