NB: The machine will have been set up to your specifications and tested at Westomatic

HQ prior to install. All parts have been assembled on the machine. The QR code inside

the machine gives access to the We:Support pages with technical information.

Clean milk fridge,

place hose in

milk container,

place in machine

and close door

Connect milk

hose to milk

output - feed

hose through

into fridge

Move fridge

into place next

to the Primo

Compact

Remove green

cover from the

nozzle on the

side of the

machine

Place the Fridge

on a level surface

Min Clearances:

Rear: 50mm

Ensure the

protective

plastic is

removed from

the top

Connect fridge to

a 230V mains

power socket -

ensure supply has

minimum 45W

Machine is ready

to use

Switch the Fridge

on using button

on the front

FRESH MILK CLEANING:

The Fresh Milk Fridge must be

cleaned every day

The Primo will remind you to

clean the fridge at a pre-set

time each day - the machine

won't work unless this is done

Fridge:

Before you

start - wash

hands or wear

gloves

Open the milk

cooler, remove

the hose and

wipe clean

Clean the

canister with

dishwasher

detergent

Rinse with

thoroughly

clean water

Ensure you

clean the lid

thoroughly with

detergent too

Empty the milk

canister

Lines:

For this process you will need:

On the

touchscreen:

Select the

machine menu

Select CLEAN

MILK SYSTEM

Follow machine

instructions

Open fridge,

remove hose

and wipe, press

NEXT on

screen

Fill a measuring

jug with 500ml

of clean water

Use 30ml of

Westomatic

Milk Line

cleaner. Press

NEXT on screen

Before you

start - wash

hands or wear

gloves

Place the hose in

the jug and press

NEXT on the

screen

Place container

under the outlet -

Hot water is

dispensed - press

NEXT on screen

Empty the

container

System cleans

the lines - This

takes about 4

minutes

Replace

container back

under outlet

and press NEXT

on screen

Remove and

clean hose, and

press NEXT on

screen

Clean the

measuring jug

with dishwasher

detergent

Fill measuring

jug with 1 litre

of clean water

System cleans

the lines - This

takes about 4

minutes - Hot

water dispensed

Place the hose

in the jug, and

press NEXT on

the screen

Remove the

container,

press NEXT on

the screen

The cleaning

process is stored

HACCP cleaning

schedule. Press X

to continue

Clean the milk

container with

dishwasher

detergent

Place milk

container back

into fridge with

hose

Clean drip tray

using a damp

cloth

Clean drip tray

and cover

behind

Machine is

ready to use

FRESH MILK FILLING:

Ensure the Fresh Milk Fridge

and lines are clean

Clean the Fridge before every

refill

Clean the Lines daily after use

for Filling the Fresh Milk Fridge:

Press menu to

start

Select Fill Milk,

the system will

start filling,

follow on screen

instructions

Open fridge,

remove milk

container and

lid

Fill the

container with

cold milk - max

8 pints/4 litres

Press NEXT

Replace the lid

on the

container, and

the line into the

container

Before you

start wash your

hands

thouroughly

Place Fridge back

into machine,

close the door

and press NEXT

Place empty

container under

the outlet - press

NEXT on screen

Remove the

container -

press NEXT

The machine

will flush and

fill the milk

system.

The milk

system is ready

to use. Press X

(close) to go to

recipe menu

All drinks with

fresh milk are

available to use
