  • Hello! I'm here to assist you with your Nooie smart plug. I've carefully read the user manual, therefore I am familiar with the connection process via Smart Life app, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi setup options, as well as alternative connection methods. How to connect the Nooie smart plug

Preparation
1. Download “Smart Life APP from APP Store or Google Play on your smartphone or
tablet.
2. Make sure your router is on a 2.4Ghz network.
3. Connect your phone or tablet to 2.4Ghz WIFI, and open Bluetooth.
(Nooie smart plug support Bluetooth assisted connection, which will make it easier
for you to connect.)
4. Plug your smart plug into a power socket and ensure it's turned on.
Connection
1. Open Smart Life, login or register your account.
2. Press and hold the button on the side of the smart until the light on the button flashes.
a. A connection screen will automatically pop up.
b. Entry your WIFI information
c. Then you can enjoy your smart plug and set it up as you are used to.
If not working, Please follow the next step
1. Tap the "+" icon to add a new device
2. Under 'Add Manually', select Electrical > Plug (BLE+Wi-Fi)
3. It ask if the smart plug light is 'Blink Slowly' or 'Blink Quickly'
4. Select the "blink quickly" option (Make sure the plug is blink quickly)
5. You will now be prompted to connect to the smart plug's own wireless network and enry
your WIFI information
6. Then enjoy using your smart plug!
If still not working, Please use AP mode
1. Press and hold the button on the side of the smart plug until the light on the button
flashes slowly. If it flashes quickly, press and hold the button again until it flashes slowly.
2. Go into the network/wireless settings on your phone and connect to the smart plug's
wireless network named something like 'SmartLife_xxxx'. You may need to wait 5-10
seconds for your phone to display a warning about this wireless not being able to provide
internet access. If it does, select 'Yes' to continue using this network
3. Go back to the 'Smart Life' app
4. The 'Smart Life' app should now continue to connect to your smart plug with progress
displayed
5. Smart plug should now be successfully connected and your phone should reconnect to
your home wireless network
6. Name your device and start using the app to control your smart plug remotely.

1. Screenshot of the error message.
2. The model and operating system of your mobile device
3. The model number of your router and details of the 2.4g wireless settings, such as
encryption method, channel width and wireless mode

Q: Will this device automatically select the 2.4ghz on a dual band 2.4/5ghz network ?
A: If your router broadcasts 2 separate networks, you have to select the 2.4ghz one
specifically (i.e. if your network is HomeInternet_2.4G and HomeInternet_5G then you
select the 2.4G one). But if your router broadcasts the same SSID for both 2.4 and 5ghz
networks, it'll hook onto the 2.4ghz one automatically."
