2. The vacuum sealer is plugged in but not vacuum sealing.
• Ensure the lid is properly locked.
• Ensure the open end of the bag is correctly placed into the vacuum chamber.
• If the indicators are flashing, the vacuum sealer may have overheated. Allow it to cool
for several minutes before using it again.
• Check if the bag is punctured.
• Check if the sealing foam gasket is deformed or damaged. If so, stop use immediately

3. Air that was removed from the bag has re-entered.
• Check if there is a hole or puncture on the bag. It may be punctured by sharp items.
Use a new bag if necessary.
• Check the sealed seam. Any wrinkle along the seam may cause air to re-enter. If there
are wrinkles, cut the sealed edge and reseal.
• If there is moisture or liquid at the open end, cut the bag and wipe it away. Choose
the moist food mode and reseal.
• If the food has been stored for a long time, it may be full of gases and be spoilt. It is
recommended to discard such food.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids. Liquids must
not enter the power port.
