CVap technology is ideal for preparing oatmeal and similar grains. Vapor

heat produces a high-quality finished product. Automatic hold allows you to

prepare ahead of time. The cabinet makes these grains easy to prepare,

simply mix, place in oven, and press Start; there’s no need to monitor.

Because there’s no need to transfer food to serving pans, cleanup is reduced.

Set Points: Channel 1 - Food Doneness 200˚F + Food Texture 230˚F.

Cook time - 25 minutes for half load (14 each 2” steam table pan), or

35 minutes for a full load (28 each 2” steam table pan).

Process: Pre-heat unit on Channel #1. Fill a 2” deep hotel/steam table pan

with one 42-oz container of oats. Pour 84 oz of water into each pan

and a pinch of salt (mix well). Add additional flavoring ingredients

such as raisins, cranberries, brown sugar. Place pans into the unit. Set

time and press START.
