Cook time - 25 minutes for half load (14 each 2” steam table pan), or
35 minutes for a full load (28 each 2” steam table pan).

Process: Pre-heat unit on Channel #1. Fill a 2” deep hotel/steam table pan
with one 42-oz container of oats. Pour 84 oz of water into each pan
and a pinch of salt (mix well). Add additional flavoring ingredients
such as raisins, cranberries, brown sugar. Place pans into the unit. Set
time and press START.
