Use the dust cover to protect the Intermec computer keypad
from dust, dirt, and rain. The clear material of the dust cover
allows you to use the touch screen and the keypad with the dust
cover installed. You cannot install a dust cover if you are using a
serial adapter, CAC reader, or holster accessory.
To install the dust cover
1 If you have a CK31G, CN2, or 751G, remove the serial port
cover.
2 Insert the top of the CK31, CK31G, CN2, 751G, or CK61G
into the dust cover.
3 Pull the dust cover over the bottom of the handheld
computer.
Installing the Dust Cover: Each Intermec computer has a unique dust
cover made specifically for it. This illustration shows the CK31 with a
52-key keypad dust cover for reference.
Note: Remove the dust cover before inserting your
computer into a charging or communications dock.
