3. Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control. Protect others in the work area.
PERSONAL SAFETY
1. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, and use common sense when oper-
ating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while tired or under the influ-
ence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operat-
ing power tools may result in serious personal injury.
2. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long hair.
Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
3. Avoid accidental starting. Be sure the Trigger Lock (11) is engaged before
plugging in. Plugging in with the Trigger Lock
disengaged
invites accidents.
4. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper
footing and balance enables better control of the power tool in unexpected
situations.
5. Use safety equipment. Always wear ANSI approved safety glasses under a
full face shield, waterproof gloves, protective clothing, heavy rubber boots,
and an ANSI approved respirator when spraying chemical solutions.
TOOL USE AND CARE
2. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks
which may ignite flammables.
1. Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas
invite accidents.

1. Do not force the tool. Use the correct tool for your application. The correct
tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed. Do not
use small equipment, tools, or attachments to do the work of larger industrial
equipment, tools, or attachments. Do not use this product for a purpose for
which it was not intended.
2. Do not use the power tool if the Micro Switch (14) does not turn it on or off.
If tool cannot be controlled with its Micro Switch, it must be replaced.
3. Before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the
Sprayer, engage the Trigger Lock (11) to turn off the tool. Empty the Tank
(23) of its contents, making sure to replace the Cap (25) on the Tank. Disengage
the Trigger Lock and squeeze the Handle (11) to release any remaining pressure
in the system. Then, engage the Trigger Lock (11) again to its “OFF” position.
Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the tool accidentally.
4. Store idle tools and harmful chemicals out of reach of children and other
untrained persons. Tools and harmful chemicals are dangerous in the hands of
children and untrained users.
5. Maintain tools with care. Do not use a damaged tool. Tag damaged tools “Do
not use” until repaired.
6. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and
any other condition that may affect the tool’s operation. If damaged, have
the tool serviced before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly main-
tained tools.
7. Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your

4. WARNING! Risk of injection or severe injury. Keep clear of Nozzle
(2, 6). Do not direct discharge stream at people or animals. Keep the work
area clear of all people and animals.
5. Never use hot liquids over 130 Fahrenheit. Dry running will cause serious
damage to the seals. Make sure the water or liquid chemical supply used for
the Sprayer is not dirty, sandy, and does not contain any corrosive chemical prod-
ucts.
6. To avoid electrical shock, never start or run the Sprayer in the rain. Never
allow water or liquid chemicals to leak inside the Pump & Battery Housing (26) of
the Sprayer. Do not direct discharge stream at the Pump & Battery Housing
itself, its Power Plug (29), or at other live electrical equipment.
7. When using the Sprayer, always maintain a firm grip on the Spray Gun (1)
with both hands. Squeezing the Handle (11) of the Spray Gun causes a kick-
back force.
8. Do not pull or carry the Sprayer by its Hose (16) or Wire (13), or pull the
Hose/Wire around sharp corners or edges. Do not unplug the Spray Gun (1)
by pulling on the Hose/Wire. Keep the Hose/Wire away from heated surfaces.
9. Avoid unintentional starting. Make sure you are prepared to begin work
before turning on the Sprayer.
10. The work area should have adequate drainage to reduce the possibility of a
fall due to slippery surfaces.
11. This product is intended for outdoor residential household useonly.
12. Keep the Hose (16) connected to the Pump & Battery Housing (26) and
Spray Gun (1) while the system is pressurized. Disconnecting the Hose while
the unit is pressurized is potentially dangerous, and may cause injury.
13. Prior to starting the Sprayer in cold weather, check all of the parts of the
unit to make sure ice has not formed. Do not store the unit where the tem-
perature will fall below 32 Fahrenheit.

Housing. Squeeze the Handle (11) to release any remaining pressure in the
system. Then, engage the Trigger Lock before leaving.
15. Proper Battery Pack Care: Battery (22) leakage may occur under extreme
usage or temperature conditions. If Battery fluid comes in contact with
skin, wash with soap and water and rinse with lemon juice and vinegar. If
the fluid comes into contact with the eyes, flush with water for several
minutes and contact a doctor immediately. Never burn the Battery, as it
can explode in a fire. Do not charge the Sprayer with a leaking Battery.
Contact local solid waste authorities for instructions on correct disposal
or recycling of the Battery.
16. Always charge the Battery (22) when tool performance begins to diminish. Severe
heat is most destructive to a Battery. The more heat generated, the faster the
Battery loses power. A Battery that gets too hot can be permanently damaged.
Never over-discharge a Battery by using the tool while tool performance is
decreasing. Never attempt to discharge a tool’s Battery by continuing to
squeeze the tool Handle (11). When tool performance begins to diminish, stop
the tool, re-charge the Battery, and use the fresh Battery for optimal performance.
17. NEVER use flammable, corrosive, or combustible liquid chemicals in the
Sprayer. Do not attempt to spray powder base chemicals.
18. Do not keep water or any liquid chemicals in the Sprayer after use.
19. Always follow all chemical label precautions and local EPA regulations when
using liquid chemicals. Do not touch harmful chemicals. After use, clean the
Sprayer thoroughly with agents recommended by the chemical manufacturer.
20. Clean the Filter (3) before each use of the Sprayer.
(See Figure A, next page, for Filter location.)
21. WARNING! People with pacemakers should consult their physician(s) before
using this product. Electromagnetic fields in close proximity to a heart pacemaker
could cause interference or failure of the pacemaker. In addition, people with
