Product Description
Unique finish-penetrating formula that restores
the original color and luster to wood finishes
while blending out minor scratches and
blemishes. Restor-A-Finish permanently
eliminates white heat rings, water marks,
scratches, color fade, oxidation, smoke damage,
etc. Restor-A-Finish restores the finish in one
step – without removing any of the existing
finish.

Surface Preparation
Make sure the surface if free of dust, dirt,
grime, and other contamination.
Application
Choose the Restor-A-Finish color that best
matches the finish of your wood. Apply with
a small pad of cloth, or (for severe scratches
and white rings) apply with super fine
(0000) steel wool. For carved surfaces, you
may use a small paint brush or soft
toothbrush. Do not pour directly on finish.
Always wipe dry. When using steel wool,
always rub with the wood grain. Finishes
vary in hardness, so test pressure to be
used with steel wool on an inconspicuous
spot. Cover a small area at a time and wipe
dry. For best results, wait at least 30
minutes and then apply a coat of Feed-N-
Wax to protect & maintain the newly
restored finish.
Thinning
Apply at can consistency.
Precautions
Always test in an inconspicuous area to
check results. Do not apply polyurethane
over Restor-A-Finish. Do not apply Restor-A-
Finish to imitation wood finishes or use as a
stain. Be careful to protect fabric, carpets,
or linoleum when applying Restor-A-Finish,
as it may leave a permanent stain. If spilling
does occur, immediately scrub area with
soap and water or a stain remover and wipe
dry. Be sure to apply to a small area at a
time when using Restor-A-Finish. Always
wipe dry. For additional safety information,
consult the Safety Data Sheet for this
product.
CAUTIONS: DANGER! FLAMMABLE.
HARMFUL OR FATAL IF SWALLOWED. EYE
IRRITANT. VAPOR HARMFUL. Contains
petroleum distillates. Keep away from heat,
sparks, and flame. Before using this product
in the workplace, read the Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS) available online. This
product is intended for occasional use only.
Intentional misuse by deliberately
concentrating and inhaling the contents
may be harmful or fatal. Reports have
associated repeated and prolonged
occupational overexposure to solvents with
permanent brain and nervous system
damage.

USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. To
avoid breathing vapors, open windows and
doors or use other means to ensure a cross
ventilation of fresh air through work area. If
you experience eye watering, headaches or
dizziness, increase fresh air or wear
respiratory protection (NIOSH/MSHA
approved) or leave the area. Avoid
prolonged contact with skin. Close
container after each use. Do not transfer
contents to bottles or unlabeled containers.
FIRSTAID: If swallowed, DO NOT INDUCE
VOMITING. Call physician immediately.
EYE CONTACT: Immediately flush with
water for at least 15 minutes.
SKIN CONTACT: Wash with soap and water.
WARNING: This product contains chemicals
known to the State of California to cause
cancer and birth defects or other
reproductive harm.
