Requirements
•
The HS8004F is an optional cooling accessory for the SSD7104
controller (SSD7104– Sold Separately)

S8004F Setup
1.
On the rear of the SSD7104, remove the six screws that secure the
unit’s heat sink to the PCB. After removing the screws, carefully
remove the heat sink from the SSD7104.

Carefully remove the blue plastic film covering the large thermal
pad from the back of the HS8004F.

Align the HS8004F with the SSD7104 controller, and refasten the
6 screws that were removed in step 1
4.
Carefully insert the HS8004F fan power cord into the fan power
port of the SSD7104.
