1. Before using the earbuds, please read the manual
carefully and keep it for future references
2. The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3. If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please
recharge.
4. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
5. If earbuds fail to be found by phone, please re-turn them
connectable or restore factory settings. If a program error
of phone occurs, please turn o and on Bluetooth function
or reboot the phone.
Tips
1. Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any
reasons to avoid any damages and danger.
2. Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under
0°C or over 45°C).
3. Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or
animals.
4. Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid
dysfunction and increasing risk of electricshock.
5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean
the earbuds.
Note: please do not use earbuds for a long time as may
damage your hearing.
Caveats

Delete Connectivity Records:
Push in earbuds case and press and hold charging case
button for 10s or until LEDs on earbuds blink red 5 times.
* Please refer to First Time Connection after Factory Setting.
(Try the following steps if earbuds fail to be connected)
One Press to Turn Connectable
LED will turn solid red when earbud is being charged
and turn white for 30s once it is topped up.
LED on Earbud
LED will glow solid red when the case is being charged
and turn white once it's topped up.
If the battery level is under 20%, press the button and
LED will turn red for 5s.
If not, press the button and it will turn white for 5s.
LED on Case
Power-on: Pick up earbuds or keep touching the panel for 1.5s
Power-o: Push them back in case
Answer/end call: Double touch the panel
Ignore call: Keep touching the panel for 1.5s
Skip track forward: Triple touch right panel
Voice assistant: Triple touch left panel
Playback/pause: Double touch the panel
Gaming mode: Keep touching left panel for 1.5s
Vol +: When they play music, touch right panel

1. Pick up two earbuds, tear o their isolation films and push
them back in case to activate.
2. Pick up both earbuds again.
3. On phone, search QCY MeloBuds Neo and tap to connect.
* Earbuds will auto power on the moment picked up. If they
don't, please charge and try again.
1. Refer to How to Connect to connect earbuds to PhoneA
and turn o its Bluetooth to turn earbuds connectable.
2. On PhoneB, search and tap QCY MeloBuds Neo to
connect.
3. Turn on PhoneA's Bluetooth and tap QCY MeloBuds Neo
to connect.
1. Earbuds were connected to phone before.
2. Push earbuds into case and leave the case lid open.
Press and hold charging case button for 3s or until LEDs on
earbuds blink white then pick up earbuds again. They will
then turn connectable to phone.
(Volume cannot be adjusted during calling)
