Troubleshooting and maintenance
3.1. Description of messages and error codes
The unit stops the counting process when an error occurs and will display one of the following messages:

Remove the banknote and clean the
detection area inside the currency counter.

Clean the wheels near the counting sensors.
If the error persists clean the transport
wheels.

3.2. Care and maintenance
Exchange of wear and tear parts
1. To exchange the fuse, please remove the cover first. Replace
the cover properly after exchanging the fuse. Disconnect the
main power cable before opening the cover, RISK OF
ELECTRIC SHOCK!
2. Exchange of other wear and tear parts only by Olympia and
authorized dealers.
