GB IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

For household and indoor use only

To reduce risk of fire:

• Do not vacuum near smoke,

glowing or burning materials -

e.g. cigarettes, matches, hot ashes

or inflammable liquid or gas.

• Do not vacuum in areas where

there may be inflammable or

combustible liquids or gases.

• Air fresheners must not be

sprayed into the vacuum cleaner

since this entails a risk of explo-

sion.

To reduce the risk of electric

shock:

• Do not leave the vacuum clea-

ner plugged in. Unplug when the

vacuum cleaner is not in use.

• Follow the instruction hand-

book carefully. Service and

repairs may only be carried out

by a LUX authorised branch.

Only those spare parts recom-

mended by the manufacturer may

be used. Never try to modify the

vacuum cleaner yourself in any

way.

NB! To avoid injury and prevent

damage to the machine, a defec-

tive lead must only be replaced by

the manufacturer or a branch

approved by the manufacturer.

• This appliance has double insu-

lation instead of grounding. The

symbol ( ) is marked on the

information label. A double

insulated vacuum cleaner is not

provided with grounding and

may not be grounded afterwards.

• Service of this type of vacuum

cleaner requires extreme care and

expertise and should therefore

only be carried out by qualified

personnel.

Spare parts for a double insu-

lated vacuum cleaner must be

identical with those parts being

replaced.

• Never vacuum with a damaged

cord or plug. If the vacuum clea-

ner is not functioning as it

should, if it is dropped, damaged,

left outside, dropped in water -

hand it in to your LUX branch

for service.

• Do not use the cord as a means

of pulling or lifting the vacuum

cleaner. Do not trap the cord in

a door. The cord must not be

subjected to heat.

• Pull the plug to disconnect the

cord. Never pull the cord itself!

• Never vacuum liquids or in wet

areas. Clean the machine with a

dry cloth after first having dis-

connected the cord.

To reduce the risk of injury or

damage:

• The appliance may not be used

as a toy. Be extra careful when

the vacuum cleaner is used by or

near children.

• Switch off all functions before

disconnecting the cord.

• Use extra care when vacuuming

stairs.

• Switch off the vacuum cleaner

before fitting or removing acces-

sories. Regarding the power

nozzle, follow the instructions in

the accompanying instruction

handbook.

• Filters and dust bags should be

changed in accordance with

instruction handbook.

• Never vacuum without a dust

bag or motor filter.

• To maintain the vacuum clea-

ner’s performance and to avoid

injury, use only LUX dust bags

and LUX original filters.

• Do not vacuum sharp objects

such as glass pieces or pins which

can damage the dust bag and

motor.

• Check that the vacuum clea-

ner’s roll-front shutter is open

during use.

When using extra accessories:

• Keep hair, fingers, clothes etc.

out of the way of the power

nozzle’s moving parts when it is

fitted.

• If the vacuum cleaner is fitted

with a rotary brush, do not touch

this while the machine is connec-

ted to the mains.

CZ Kontrola/výměna výstupního Micro filtru

• Výstupní Micro filtr se vyměňuje podle potřeby (asi

dvakrát do roka).

• Otevřete víko k filtu.

• Vyjměte kazetu s Micro filtrem.

• Nahraďte ji novým Micro filtrem.

• Zavřete vysavač.

CZ Nikdy nevysávejte kapaliny, střepy nebo jiné ostré

předměty, popel ani hořlavé kapaliny či plyny!

• Szükség esetén cserélje ki a Micro-szűrőt.

• Nyissa ki a szűrőfedelet.

• Vegye ki a szűrőt.

• Helyezze be az új szűrőt.

• Zárja vissza a fedelet.

egyéb éles tárgyakat. Ugyancsak tilos hamu, lobbanékony

folyadékok vagy gázok felszívása.

• Replace the exhaust filter as recommended.

• Open the filter compartment.

• Remove the filter cassette.

• Replace with a new LUX Micro Filter.

• Close the compartment.

CZ Závady

Ucpaná hadice: připojte hadici k výfukovému otvoru, její

držadlo nasměrujte do sacího otvoru vysavače a zapněte

vysavač. Pokud se vysavač během vysávání zastaví, přeč-

těte si pokyny v kapitole Tepelná ochrana.

Servis/náhradní díly

Pokud potřebujete servis, náhradní díly či příslušentsví,

obraťte se na autorizované servisy Lux nebo na Zásilkovou

službu Lux.

Uložení

Vysavač přechovávejte na suchém místě při pokojové tep-

lotě. Ukládejte jej vždy vypnutý, odpojený od sítě a s navi-

nutým kabelem. Sací trubice a hadice mohou být uloženy,

jak je ukázáno na obrázku.

Hibaelhárítás

Ha a gégecső eldugul: csatla-koztassa a gégecsövet a kifú-

vónyíláshoz, a gégecső másik végét helyezze a redőnyös

bemeneti csatlakozó nyílásba, majd kapcsolja be a készü-

léket. Amennyiben a készülék a használat során leáll,

olvassa el hőkapcsolóról leírtakat.

Szerviz/alkatrész

Minden egyéb szervizelési munka elvégzéséhez, valamint a

pótalkatrészek és tartozékok beszerzéséhez keresse LUX

márkakereskedőjét vagy a LUX szervizt.

A készülék tárolása

Készülékét tartsa száraz, szoba-hőmérsékletetű helyiség-

ben, kikapcsolt állapotban és a hálózati csatlakozót húzza ki

a konnektorból, a kábelt tekercselje fel a kábeldobra. A

gégecsövet és a teleszkópos csövet az illusztrációnak meg-

felelően tárolhajta.

Blockage in the hose: attach the hose to the exhaust func-

tion, put the tube at the front of it and start the vacuum

cleaner.

If the vacuum cleaner stops during usage, read the instruc-

tions for thermal protector.

Service/Spare Parts

For service, spare parts and accessories, contact your LUX

branch.

Storage

Store your vacuum cleaner in a dry place at room tempera-

ture, switched off with the cable disconnected from the

mains and the cord reeled in. The hose and tube can be set

up as illustrated.
