Balboa Water Group Plug N' Click Heater is an easy-to-install heater that can be used to heat up your spa or hot tub. It comes with a 3/8” (9.5mm) open end wrench, 3/8” (9.5mm) nut driver, flat-head and Phillips screwdriver. The heater has a power male terminal that you need to apply NYOGEL 760G to before inserting it into the power plug. When you hear a CLICK, this means the power plug is inserted correctly and locked in place. The heater also has 2 sensors that you need to reinsert before you can turn on the power to the system and enjoy your heated spa or hot tub

Installation Of A New Plug N’ Click Heater
– Turn off power to the system.
Using a Phillips screwdriver remove the
2 screws on top of the enclosure and open the cover.
Locate the 2 sensors holder on the circuit board.
Remove the 2 heater sensors by depressing the
clip and gently pulling on the wire to remove
each sensor cable.
Unplug the heater power connector by depressing
the holder clip to release the female connector.
Remove the 2 heater nuts with a 3/8” (9.5mm)
open wrench.
Remove heater from system.
PARTS AND TOOLS YOU NEED
– 3/8” (9.5mm) open end wrench
– 3/8” (9.5mm) nut driver
– Flat-head and Phillips screwdriver
– Replacement Balboa Heater
– Nyogel 760G (36308) and a stick
STEP 1 OPEN THE SYSTEM BOX
STEP 3 REMOVE THE 2 HEATER SENSORS
STEP 2 UNPLUG HEATER CONNECTOR
STEP 4 REMOVE NUTS ON HEATER
WARNING!
Please contact an electrician or your local electrical company when
connecting any spa electrical components. DO NOT OPEN THE SPA
SYSTEM AND ATTEMPT TO CONNECT THE CABLE CONNECTORS
YOURSELF. The high electrical voltage will harm or kill you.

Place your new heater in the system rack. Tighten the 2 nuts to secure
the heater in place.
Reinsert your 2 sensors.
STEP 5 INSTALL HEATER CABLES, NUTS AND SENSORS
STEP 6 APPLY NYOGEL 760G TO THE HEATER POWER MALE TERMINAL
STEP 6 REINSERT THE POWER TERMINAL
Use a flat stick apply NYOGEL 760G
to all 3 sides of the heater
power male terminal.
Apply NYOGEL 760G here.
Reinsert the heater power plug. When you
hear a CLICK, this means the power plug is
inserted correctly and locked in place.
Reinsert the spa cover and tighten the 2
screws.
– Turn on power to the system and ENJOY!
