6. Lift the fireplace carefully

into the front of the mantel

and center it in the fireplace

opening. Do not drag the

fireplace across the base as it

may scratch the mantel base.

1. Place the mantel base ( )

on a desired location in your

room.

2. Locate the left side panel ( ).

If the left side panel is

detached, please connect

them together first ( see figure

A). Place the left side panel on

the mantel base, then using

screws through the predrilled

holes in the mounting blocks,

attach the side panel to the

mantel base. Tighten the

screws using a Phillips head

screwdriver.

3. Locate the centre panel ( ) .

Push the center panel snug to

the left side panel. Make sure

the predrilled holes are lined

up with the side panel and

center panel. Then insert

screws into the holes in the

mounting blocks. Tighten the

screws using a Phillips head

screwdriver.

4. Locate right side panel ( ).

If the right side panel is

detached, please connect

them together first ( see figure

A) Place the whole right side

panel on the mantel base.

Make sure the predrilled holes

are lined up with the side

panel and center panel. Using

screws through the predrilled

holes in the mounting blocks,

attach the side panel to the

base. Follow the same

procedure to attach the side

panel to the center panel.

5. Locate the mantel top ( )

and lay finish side up on top of

the completed mantel

assembly. Make sure that the

top fits tightly and securely.
