4.Engagetheparkingbrake.

5.Removethekeyandwaitforallmovingparts

tostop.

InstallingtheSidePlate

1.Securethecoringheadservicelatch.

2.Fromtheleftsideofthemachine,remove

andretainthe2hex-headbolts(3/8inch),2

washers,and2angenuts(3/8inch)securing

thesideshieldtothecorninghead.Removethe

sideshieldfromthecorninghead.Repeaton

therightsideofthemachine.

ontothe2rollershaftscrewsifnotpreviously

assembled(Figure3).

4.Inserttheroller-scrapermountingtabsintothe

slotsineachofthescraperarms(Figure3).

5.Installthescraperarmstotherollerarms(Figure

3).

6.Ontheleftsideoftherollerarm,securethe

scraperarmtotherollerarmwith2carriage

screws(3/8inch)and2nylocknuts(3/8inch)

(Figure3).Repeatontherightrollerarm.

raisethetransportheightanddelaythecontact

withthegroundwhenengagingthecoringhead.
