Screen Tight GFLAB32 Operating instructions

1. Determine how the door will swing

(left or right ) with screen facing inside.

2. Measure framework opening height.

3. Mark and both jambs (if needed) to t opening.

DO NOT trim more than 1/2” from jambs.

4. Attach hinged jamb to door with included screws

8x 1/4”. Allow hinged jamb to extend (1/8” - 1/4” )

above top of door.

5. Insert notched header and plain jamb into frame opening.

6. With hinged jamb attached to door, place into framework

opening.

7. Align with header and plain jamb keep even spacing (re-

veal) surrounding door. See diagrams to right.

8. Attach top of hinged jamb to framework rst. Adjust door

to t opening and nish securing hinge side.(4) 10 x 1/4”

screws should be enough to mount jambs to framework

on each side.

9. Attach header to frame work next and evenly space across

top of door.(3) #10 x 1/4” screws per side should be plenty.

Attach plain jamb to framework keeping the same spacing

from door edge to frame the entire length of the door.
