For new installations:
1. Knockout outer handle plug.
2. Place inner and outer handle with cylinder lock back on door,
engage lock tailpiece into door latch.
3. Measure gap between outer handle and door, accurately
cut lock tailpiece by that dimension.
4. Re-mount handle.

Existing:
1. Remove and measure existing cylinder lock.
2. Accurately cut new lock’s tailpiece to match old lock.
3. Re-mount handle.
