CAUTION !
1) The coil must only be supplied with 24V DC at a tolerance of ± 10% and a max. ripple of 10% (no supply via diode bridge).
Overvoltage or a ripple rate exceeding 10% can damage the electronics.
2) The max. current at pin 4 (or pin 7) is 500 mA. Pin 4 (or pin 7) is protected against short circuit and overload.
3) If a relay (inductive load) is connected to the pressure switch output, a freewheel diode or a varistor must be used.
4) Do not solder up the unused pins on the female connector.
5) The valve body must be grounded with the earthing terminal PE (dia. M4) (see p. 19: "Dimensions and weights").
6) A shielded cable must be used for protection against interference and EMC.
7) The input pressure must always be 1 bar above the maximum output pressure.
8) Always use a sufficiently filtered pressure supply (50 µm, free of condensates). Install the filter as close as possibly to
the PULSTRONIC. Dirt accumulations may cause malfunctions.
9) Take care when calibrating the product in your own company: Make sure not to damage any internal parts (electronics).
