# Description Likely cause Solution
Robot is not properly
connected with charging ports
Make sure charging ports of charging dock align with thos on robot.
Charging dock is not preperly
connected to power
Check and re-connect charging dock/adapter to power, always
ensure robot is in charging status after cleaning finished.
Robot is fully discharged
To reactivate the battery:
1. manual put robot on the charging dock to charge;
2. charge for 3 minutes and remove robot;
3. repeat above steps for three times;
4. then fully charge the robot as usual (3-5 hours).

Do not pick up dirts/ poor suction
1. Dust bin full;
2. filter is dirty
Empty dust bin, clean filter, or replace with new filter

Hard to find charging dock
Charging dock is not put in
right position
Put charging base against the wall, leave as open as possible (4 feet
on each side, 8 feet in front), as instruced in the quick-start guide and
in manual(P12)
