NOTE
This unit may be submitted to changes in specifications,
characteristics and/or operation without prior notice to the user,
in order to continue improving and developing its technology.
1. SETTING
On hook, press FLASH/SET key to enter setting mode with
LCD displaying SET 12345678. Then press UP/ or
DOWN/ key or press any digital keys 1-8 to choose the
item of setting as desire, and LCD will display
corresponding item of setting. Then press FLASH/SET key
again to enter the setting you have chosen. When you
finish a setting, press DEL key to go back to last content,
and then press UP/ or DOWN/ key to choose other
item of setting. In setting mode, FLASH/SET key is used to
confirm any settings, DEL key is used to turn back to last
content. The specific setup items as follow:
SET DATE
Press 1 key, UP/ or DOWN/ key to activate the setting
of date, with LCD displaying 1-DATE and 2-CL. 1-DATE is
setting of year, month and day. 2-CL is setting of hour and
minute. Press 1 or 2 key to choose any of the two
settings and use any digital keys of 0-9 to make the setting.
When the setting of DATE is finished, LCD will display
corresponding week. Then press FLASH/SET key to
confirm the setting.
SET RINGER AND VOLUME OF RINGER
Press 2 key, UP/ or DOWN/ key to activate the

setting, with LCD displaying 1-T 2-VIP 3-VOL. 1-T is the
setting of ringer for common CID. 2-VIP is the setting of
ringer for VIP CID. There are 16 kinds of ring for your
choice in 1-T & 2-VIP. 3-VOL is the setting of ringers
volume. There are 4 levels for your choice in 3-VOL. Then
press FLASH/SET key to confirm the setting.
SET NO-DISTURB
Press 4 key, UP/ or DOWN/ key to activate the
setting, with LCD displaying OFF-r 00-00. And then enter
directly the time as desire by digital keys. During the period
of no-disturb, there is not ringer for any incoming calls.
Then press FLASH/SET key to confirm the setting.
SET FLASH TIME/ P-T/
Press 5 key, UP/ or DOWN/ key to activate the
setting, with LCD displaying 1-F 2-PT . 1-F is the setting of
flash time. 2-PT is the setting of P-T. Press 1/ 2/ key to
choose any of the two settings and press UP/ or DOWN/
key to make the settings. There are 8 sections of 90ms,
95ms, 100ms, 120ms, 180ms, 300ms, 600ms and 1000ms
for your choice in 1-F.
SET LOCAL CODE and PRE-CODE
Press 6 key, UP/ or DOWN/ key to activate the
setting, with LCD displaying 1-LOC and 2-OL. Press 1/ 2
key to choose any the two settings. And then key in directly
the local code (1-LOC) as desire by digital keys; and press
UP/ or DOWN/ key to turn on/off PRE-CODE (2-OL). If
you turn on PRE-CODE, key in directly the pre-code (2-OL)
as desire by digital keys. Then press FLASH/SET key to
confirm the setting.

SET BRIGHTNESS OF LCD
Press 7, UP/ or DOWN/ key to activate the setting,
with LCD displaying LCD icon. And then press UP/ or
DOWN/ key directly to choose the level of brightness as
desire. There are 5 levels of brightness for your choice.
Then press FLASH/SET key to confirm the setting.
SET IP FUNCTION
Press 8 key, UP/ or DOWN/ key to activate the setting,
with LCD displaying 1-AU 2-3- IP. 1-AU is the setting of
auto IP. 2- is the setting of the first manual IP and 3-IP is the
setting of the second manual IP.
1-AU: After you have chosen the setting, press UP/ or
DOWN/ key to choose the IP service numbers of 17909,
17908, 193, 17911, 17921, 17931, 17951, 17991, 068,
96300, 96333, 196, 190, 17969 and 197or off. The default
setting is off. If you choose any one of above IP service
numbers, the unit set will add the number to phone numbers
beginning with 0.
2-3- IP: The function doesnt work in the unit-set.
2. OPERATION ON HOOK
Review Incoming Phones and Call Back
On hook/ off hook, press UP/ or DOWN/ key to search
for upwardly or downwardly the incoming phone numbers,
with date and time. Choose incoming phone as desire,
press BACK key once to call back.
Review Outgoing Phones
On hook/ off hook, press CHECK/ × key repeatedly to

choose reviewing of outgoing phones mode, with LCD
displaying out. Then press UP/ or DOWN/ key to
search for upwardly or downwardly the outgoing phone
numbers, with date and time.
Re-dial
In case you come across a busy line, press FLASH/SET key
and then press REDIAL key, the last number you dialed will
be dialed out again automatically. This operation can be
repeated.
Delete Function
On hook, in the setting, DEL key is used to delete the wrong
bit or to turn back to last content. In reviewing mood, DEL
key is used to delete the phone numbers you dont want,
and to delete all incoming phone numbers or outgoing
phone numbers by holding the key for over 3 seconds.
3. Operation Off Hook
Music on Hold
Off hook, press HOLD key to enter the mode of music on
hold, meanwhile the music is sounding, and then you can
hang up the handset
Pick up handset again or press HOLD key, the music will
stop and the unit set will be in communication.
FLASH
After you have finished your conversation, please press
the“FLASH”key then you can dial a new number is okay.
IDD LOCK:
Input key to key hole then you can turn key to following
three selectable:

GREEN: "0" LOCKED
YELLOW:NO DIALING
EXPLANATION FOR BATTERY USING
1.Please insert 2 PCS UM4(AAA) Battery before using this
unit.
2.Disconnect from phone line before replacing battery.
REMARKS:
1. When your phone is not in use, use it rests properly
on the telephone base.
2. Avoid rough handling and areas with high humidity,
heavy dust and extreme temperature.
3. When the phone needs cleaning, use a mild detergent
and a damp cloth. Never use abrasive , strong cleaners
or solvents.
