1. Insert threaded glide into leg as shown.

2. Slide extension pieces outward so they

are ﬂush with the inside of the wood rail

and leg is centered in bed.

3. Lock support leg into position by hand-

tightening the L bolt.

4. Position center supports 15", 40" and

65" from the headboard as shown.

5. Screw center supports to center support

bearer rail (wood lip on inside of wood

rails) as shown.

6. Adjust glides to ﬂoat just o the ﬂoor,

approximately 1/16".
