Heating up milk and frothing (160ml max)
1. Fill up no more than 160ml to lower MAX mark only. The minimum min volume is 100ml.
2. Press the ON switch once only.
a. Milk will be heat up and the whist will rotate inside the kettle.
3. The indicator will change to blue color.
4. Frothing time is about 95sec. Then there will be an automatic cut-off. The indicator lamp
changes to red.
Heating up milk (260ml max)
1. Fill up no more than 260ml to upper MAX mark. The minimum min volume is 160ml.
2. The round whisk at the beater must be taken off the beater shaft. Therefore press the small
black brackets together and pull off.
3. Press the ON switch twice within 3sec: Milk will be heated. The interval function of the
beater unit will rotate the milk and helps to avoid sticking of milk in the kettle.
4. The indicator will change to blue color.
5. Heating time is about 125sec. Then there will be an automatic cut-off. The indicator changes
to red.
Frothing cold milk (160ml max)
1. Fill up no more than 160ml to lower MAX mark only. The minimum min volume is 100ml.
2. Press the ON switch thrice within 3sec. The beater unit will begin operating.
3. The indicator will change to blue color and will flash.
4. Frothing time is about 85sec. Then there will be an automatic cut-off. The indicator changes
to red.
Caution: Milk will overflow if you overfill the chamber
Cleaning and Maintenance
First read the instructions in the section titled “IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS”.
CAUTION: Danger of damage and electric shock! The base, the frother body and the cord should
never be immersed into water or other liquid, to avoid intrusion of water inside.
1. Immediately clean the appliance with a clean cotton cloth after each use, to avoid germ
development and stick-drying of milk residues.
2. Remove the milk frother from its base and empty completely.
3. The base may not be immersed into water or be cleaned under running water. Just wipe it
with a damp cloth and let dry thoroughly.
4. Never use abrasive cleanser on the non-stick coated inner of the milk kettle. Never use
metallic, sharp edged cleaning objects to clean the non-stick coated surface, to avoid
scratching and damage.
5. Rinse the milk frother with hot water. If necessary wipe it thoroughly inside with a damp cloth
