①あらかじめシリンダーブロックの補機類等作業に支障のある部品は取り外してください。

②ウォーターポンプを取り外して、元々圧入装着されているウォーターコネクターを外してください。

・工業用ドライヤーなどでシリンダーブロックのウォーターコネクター付近をあたためると取り外しが容易になります。

・平行ピンポンチや金属の棒等を用いてハンマーで叩き取り外します。

①シリンダーブロックの取り付け箇所をよく洗浄して、錆など汚れを取り除き脱脂してください。

②ウォーターコネクターの差し込み部分にロックタイトまたは液体ガスケットを塗布してください。

③ウォーターコネクターの出口側が打ち込み部上側のラインと平行になる様に打ち込んでください。

打ち込む際直接ハンマー等でウォーターコネクターを叩くと破損の原因になります。

※アルミや銅等の柔らかい金属の当て板をあてがって叩き込むとウォーターコネクターの傷や破損を防止します。

●Read this manual carefully prior to the installation.

●Refer to the Nissan official Service Manual along with this Manual.

●Keep this manual for future reference after the installation has been completed.

●Give this manual to the owner when the installation was performed by another person or a shop.

① Remove all peripheral parts in the way to access to the cylinder block prior to the installation.

② Remove the water pump and the original water connector that is pressed into the cylinder block.

・Heat the connection area using a heat gun for ease of removal of the original water connector.

・Hammer out the original water connector using a pin punch and/or a metal rod.

①Well clean, remove any rust and degrease the water port of the cylinder block.

②Apply thread-lock adhesive or RTV sealant to the water port of the cylinder block.

③Press in the TOMEI Water Connector in the right angle to make it parallel to the guide line as shown below.
