• Do not operate the pump unless a filtered suction hose is attached and connected to a water source.

• Secure the discharge hose. An unsecured hose may whip or “kick back” during operation and cause serious

personal injury.

• For maximum suction, keep the distance from the pump and water source as short as possible.

• Avoid running the tool at low or high speeds for extended periods of time as this may damage the pump.

When preparing to store the water pump, allow the unit to cool for five muntes, then follow the guidelines listed

on page 15 and 16.
