Oven:generalnotesonsafety
• Donotleavetheovenunattendedduring
baking.Ensurethatchildrendonotplaywith
the appliance.
• Alwayskeeptheappliancelidopen
when using the oven, in order to prevent
overheating.
• Alwaysgripthecentreoftheovendoorwhen
opening.DONOTpracticeexcessivepressures
on the door when it is open.
• Donotworryifcondensationformsonthe
door and on the inside walls of the oven
during use. This does not affect its working
order.
• Mindhotsteamwhenopeningtheovendoor
• Theappliancebecomesveryhotduringuse.
Donottouchtheheatingelementsinside
theoven.Wearovengloveswhenplacingor
removing pans from the oven.
• Inplacingfoodsintoorremovingthemfrom
the oven, make sure sauces do not drip to the
hotplateoftheoven(overheatedoilsandfats
caneasilyignite).
• Useonlyovenwareresistanttothe
temperatures indicated on the thermostat
knob.
• Duringbaking,avoidcoverthebottomplate
of the oven or its grills with tin foil or other
material.Pans,moulds,etc.,mustalwaysbe
placed on the oven shelf.
• Afteruseoftheappliance,makesurethatall
the controls are set to the off position and
closed.
• IMPORTANTWARNING:Duringandafteruse
the oven crystal door and all surfaces may be
veryhot.Keepchildrenawayfromtheoven!
Priortoanycleaning,disconnecttheappliance
from the electricity mains.
Howtousegasovenandelectricgrill
The oven burner is fitted with a safety
thermocouple so, once the burner has been lit,
keeptheknobpressedforabout15seconds.If,
at the end of this time, the burner fails to light,
releasetheknobandwaitatleast1minute
before trying again. Should the burner turn out
accidentally, turn the knob round to the closed
positionandwaitatleast1minutebefore
lighting it again.
1.Manualignitionoftheovenburner
Opentheovendoorpressandturntheovenknob
(G)counterclockwiseuntilitreachestothemaximum
temperature position, simultaneously placing a lighted
match to the burner through the hole 1 (g.5).
2 Automaticelectricignitionoftheovenburner
Opentheovendoorpushlightlytheovenknob(G)and
turn counterclockwise until it reaches to the maximum
temperature position, then depress the knob.
Automaticallytheignitionsparkshoots.Lookthrough
slit 2 (g.5)tocheckthattheburnerislitandsetthe
temperature as required. Matches can be used to light
the burners in a blackout.
Aftertheovenburnerhasbeenlit,adjustthe
temperature according to your needs, close the
door gently so the flames will not blow out and wait
15 minutes before putting any food in to cook, then
setthetemperaturewiththeknob.Ourovencancook
allfoods(meat,sh,bread,pizza,cakes,etc.).
Automaticelectricignitionofthegasgrillburner

Opentheovendoorpushlightlytheovenknoband
turn clockwise to the grill position , then depress
the knob. Automatically the ignition spark shoots.
Matches can be used to light the burners in a blackout.
Whenthegasgrillburnerislittheovendoor
must be left open.
To prevent the knobs and components from
overheating you must always put the shield on
(g.6).
Howtousethespit(g.7)
• Placethechickenorpieceofmeattoroastrmly
between the two forks on the spit and make sure it
is evenly balanced to prevent straining the motor.
• Restthespitonthesupportintroducingtheendin
the seat and unscrew and remove the hand grip
from the spit.
• Fitsupportintothecorrespondingrunner,and
insert its end into the relative motor coupling.
• Closetheovendoor,turntheovenknobonthe
symbol .
• Whenthegrillturnson,thespitturntoo.
