Electrolux EHO801 is an easy-to-use ceramic hob that will make cooking a breeze. It features four hotplates of varying sizes, including a powerful 1800W halogen hotplate, to accommodate different pan sizes and cooking needs. The hotplates heat up quickly and evenly, so you can start cooking right away.

Each hotplate has its own heat control knob, allowing you to precisely adjust the temperature for each dish. The residual heat indicator lights up when the hotplate is still hot, even after it has been turned off, so you can avoid accidental burns.

The EHO801 also has a touch control knob for the double-circuit heating element, which allows you to expand the heating area of one of the hotplates for larger pans or griddles. This makes it ideal for searing meat or cooking large batches of food.

The correct pans - See figure 4
Panswithaflat,solidbasemustbeusedontheheating
sections of the ceramic hotplate.
Uneven pans or pan bases will lead to unnecessarily
long cooking times, and thus higher energy con
sumption.
For cooking which requires a particularly high tem
perature pans with thick flat bases are most suitable.
Usingpans withoutlids wastesenergy.So always use
pans with lids.
The pans should not be smaller than the heating
sections.
Very important!
When in use the surface of the appliance will become
hot, hence particular care should be exercised.
Small children should be kept away.
Do not place any wet pans or steamy pan lids on
unused hot plate sections.
Wetnessand steam willin time lead tolime deposits!
Do not place any plastic containers on the hot surfa
ces.
Do not prepare any food, whether wrapped in alumi
nium foil or not, on the surface.
Do not use the ceramic hot plate surface as a chop
ping board.
Keep sugar or juices containing sugar away from the
hot plates.
Please read the following notes on care and clean ing.
As overheated fat and oil are liable to ignite, dishes
involving the use of fat and oil (e.g. French fries)
should always be prepared under supervision.
The ceramic hot plate surface should not be used as a
work top or for putting things down on.
Take care when using other electrical appliances,
whose connection leads are plugged in near to the
hob. These leads must not come into contact with the
hot surface of the hob.
