Vulcan Hart K20ETT

Vulcan Hart K20ETT is a 20-gallon capacity, 2/3 jacketed self-contained electric tilting kettle that has a maximum operating pressure of 50 psi. It's made of type 316 and type 304 stainless steel and has a 1/4 x 5/8-inch bar rim with a butterfly-shaped pouring lip and embossed gallon/liter markings.

The kettle comes with removable electric elements that are field serviceable. It also has a stainless steel tilt handle with insulated pull knob, and a stainless steel "water-proof" control housing that includes a power switch, power "on" light, solid-state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, low-water light, and low-water shut-off.
