LVP603 series quick use guide

The quick use guide is for user can learn how to use LVP603 series LED HD video processor

quickly, about further setup, performance and operating method of LVP603, please refer

“LVP603 User’s Manual”.

LVP603 series quick use guide

LVP603S supports 7 channels of video input, as below:

Note: LVP603 doesn’t include SDI / HD-SDI input port

Step 1: Sending card installation

LED Sending Card can be installed in PCI slot of Desktop Computer, also can be installed in

LVP603.

How to install Sending Card to LVP603:

1 ) Turn off LVP603’s power, and pull out power cable.

2 ) Open LVP603’s surface cover, take down the separation blade of Sending Card of LVP603.

3 ) Unscrewing six angle screw of Sending Card, take down the separation blade of Sending Card.

4 ) Assembling Sending Card in right location of LVP603, screw down all screws.

5 ) Connect +5V power cable, put LVP603’s surface cover back as original.

Step 2: Input and output signal connection

1 ) All devices you need to operate should be power off.

2 ) The output port of all players connect to relevant input port of LVP603, for example:

PC Graphic Card’s DVI output port connects to LVP603’s DVI input port.

Camera’s AV output port connects to LVP603’s V1, V2 or V3 input port.

3 )LVP603’s DVI output port connects LED Sending Card’s DVI input port.

4 ) Sending Card’s net cable connects to Receiving Card.

5 ) LVP603’s VGA output port connects Displayer as monitor.

Step 3: Power on starting up

1 ) Make sure all of the input and output ports connect correctly.

2 ) Let LVP603 get power and open power switch.

3 ) Then let all devices of signal source power on.

Step 4: Input signal selection

After LVP603 starting up, the LCD on frontal panel will display

some information.

1 ) The first line: the input signal you currently choose, for example : “Input: DVI”.

2 ) The second line : if the status is Mosaic Mode, for example: Not Mosaic Mode

3 ) The indicator light on input key indicates if the signal is valid, if the signal is invalid, the indicator

light will flash; if the signal is valid, the indicator light is normally light up.

4 ) Press current input signal key, then press Info key, LCD on frontal panel will display:

The first line: the input signal source of present selection, for example: “In : DVI”

The second line: the status of present input signal source, if the signal is invalid, display “No

Input”, screen is blank screen; if the signal is valid, display the format of input signal, for

example: “1280 X 1024_60Hz”. At this time press input signal key, relevant input signal source

can be switched.

Step 5: Output resolution setup

After LVP603 starting up.

1 ) press Setup key 8 times continuously, LVP603 enters setup menu,

the first option: language

2 ) Press ← or → can chose “Chinese” or “English”, press Enter key to save.

3 ) Press ↑ key to setup option 6: Output_Format, press ← or → to change output

resolution , the resolution you choose must be bigger than the actual resolution of LED screen,

press Enter key to save.

4 ) Video processor will remind you to restart, as you are told to restart LVP603.

Step 6: Setting output width and height of image

After LVP603 restarting up

1 ) Press Setup key 8 times continuously, LVP603 enters setup menu, press ↑ key to setup

menu option: Hori_Width, press ← or → to change output width which must be as

same as the actual width of LED screen, press Enter key to save.

2 ) Press ↑ key to setup menu option: Vert_Height, press ← or → to change output

height which must be as same as the actual height of LED screen, press Enter key to save.

3 ) Press Setup key again to return to menu Exit Setup, then press ← or → to “Yes”, press

Enter key to exit setup.

Step 7: Computer resolution setup

1 ) Entering the control panel of computer Graphic Card, in this option of

Setting multi-displayer, select “Copy mode” ,“Extend mode” or “double display mode” etc.

2 ) In Modify resolution, setting displayer LVP603’s resolution as same as the resolution you have

set in step 5. At this time LVP603’s LCD displays current output resolution of Computer Graphic

Card.

Step 8: full\part display

1 ) Selecting DVI input, make sure the input and output resolution of LVP603 are same.

2 ) Press Part/Full key, the indicator light on the key light up, LED Screen’s display status is part,

picture on LED Screen is normal, no compression;

3 ) Press Part/Full key, the indicator light on the key doesn’t light up, LED Screen’s display status is

full, the whole picture is compressed to LED Screen for displaying.

Step 9: Open PIP/POP function

1 ) In the display status of single picture, press signal key to choose background signal.

2 ) Press PIP key, the LCD on frontal panel will remind: PIP=?

3 ) Press signal key to choose PIP signal, PIP function has been opened, entered display status of

double picture.

4 ) When PIP is open status, press POP key can open POP function, press POP key again to exit

POP mode, return to PIP mode.

5 ) When PIP is open status, press PIP key can close PIP function, return to display status of single

picture.

Step 10: Setting PIP/POP parameter

1 ) Press Setup key 8 times continuously, LVP603 enters setup menu.

2 ) Press ↑ key to 4 setup options of PIP picture separately.

3 ) Press ← or → key can adjust the values of setup option above, press Enter key to save.
