GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. This appliance is intended for indoor and household use only; not for
outdoor, commercial and industrial use.
2. Do not place the appliance on or near to a gas or electric burner,
heated oven, or near to flammable materials.
3. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury, do not immerse
power cord, plug or appliance in water or other types of liquid.
4. The appliance should never be left unattended while it is connected to
the mains electricity supply.
5. Use only original accessories supplied.
6. Educate children about the danger and safety rules associated with
operating electrical equipment.
7. Never let children use electrical equipment without adult supervision.
8. Ensure the voltage indicated on the Rating Label corresponding to the
local power supply.
9. Always unplug the product from the wall socket when it is not in use.
10. Do not unplug the product from the wall socket with wet hand.
11. Do not pull on the power cord to remove the plug from wall socket.
12. Do not coil the power cord too tightly around the air cooler, to prevent
damage to the power cord and appliance.
13. Do not let power cord hang over the edge of table or touches any hot
surfaces.
14. Ensure that the product is fully assembled before plugging it into the
wall socket.
15. Do not cover the air inlet or outlet of the appliance as this may cause
damage to the motor.
16. Do not insert or allow objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust
opening as this may damage the product and could cause an electric
shock or fire.
17. Do not leave the appliance operating unattended for any extended
period of time.
18. This appliance should not be used by the physically challenged, slow
response or mentally disabled people (including children) unless
guidance is provided during operation.

ASSEMBLY OF STAND FAN
Attach the rear guard to the front side of the motor; fasten the guard
interlocking nut by turning it clockwise until the guard is secured firmly in
place.
Mount the fan blade onto the motor shaft; fasten the blade knob by
turning anti-clockwise firmly.
Installing the front guard:
- Open the front guard clip and attach the hook to the rear guard.
- Push the round edges of front guard to fit it securely into the rear
guard.
- Lock the clip.
Installing the base:
- Insert the outer tube to the base unit firmly. Reverse the whole unit and
secure the outer tube by fitting the molded securing knob from the
bottom of the base unit.
- Connect and fix the inner tube to the outer tube.
- Ensure the outer tube is completely interlocked with the base unit.
- Insert the panel to the inner tube and lock it into position by turning the
panel screw clockwise. Loosen the height adjustment knob to extend
the inner tube to the required height and then tighten the securing
knob.

OPERATION OF STAND FAN
Connect the plug into a power supply socket and switch on the power.
Switch on the fan by turning the speed switch at any of the “1”, “2” or “3”
settings.
Turn the switch from “1”, “2” or “3” to adjust the fan speed from
Low-Medium-High.
To stop the fans, turn the speed switch to the “0” position.
To tilt the fan, always ensure that the fan is in off position and wait until
the blade has completely stopped for safety reasons. Hold the stand
firmly with one hand and move the guard gently upwards or downwards.
The oscillation knob is positioned at the top rear side of the motor
housing. Press the knob down to make the fan oscillate or pull it up to
stop the oscillation.
To adjust the height of fan, always ensure that the fan is at off position
and wait until the blade has completely stopped for safety reason. Hold
the inner tube firmly and loosen the height adjustment knob, then push
down or pull up the inner tube to adjust the fan height.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Always ensure that the power supply is OFF and the power cord is
unplugged from the power supply and wait until the blade has completely
stopped before cleaning.
2. Wipe the surfaces of the fan, the base and the fan blade with a soft
damp cloth. Never use any corrosive cleaning solution.
3. Do not allow the motor or other electrical components to be exposed to water
4. For proper storage, always place the fan in a low humidity environment.
