TEAC DV-W28SS-V is a slim type slot loading DVD Super Multi Drive with a SATA interface and a data transfer rate of 1.5GB/sec. It has a 1.5MB data buffer and supports disc-at-once, session-at-once, packet write, incremental, over write, track-at-once recording mode, sequential write, multi-session, and back ground format. It can read and write various disc formats, including DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD-R DL, DVD-RAM, CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, and CD-DA. The drive has a loading/ejecting life of 10,000 times or more and a MTBF of 60,000POH (10% duty).
