ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Tips:

Warning:

Keep All Flame And Heat Sources Away From This Tent Fabric.

This Tent Is Made With Fabric That Meets CPAI-84 Specifications For Flame Resistance.

It Is Not Fire Proof. The Fabric Will Burn If Left In Continuous Contact With Any Flame Source.

Caution: Gazebo should not be used during inclement weather or high winds.

Do not leave outside during high winds, heavy rains or snow. Remove canopy.

Safety information:

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or

install the product.

Two people are needed for assembly.

Preparation:

Before beginning assembly, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents

list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt

to assemble the product.

Estimated Assembly Time: Approx. 2 hours

Tools required for Assembly (not included): Ladder

Step 1

A. Insert Base Cap (#3) into post (#1). Then fit base flange (#2) underneath post (#1).

B. Insert screw 1 (#13) through post (#1) and secure the base flange (#2). Slide down base

cap (#3) in to place as shown.

C. Repeat step A & B for balance posts.

Step 2

A. Insert crossbar B (#5) into crossbar A (#4), connect crossbar B (#5) and crossbar A (#4) by

using screw 1 (#13).

B. Repeat step A for balance 1 crossbar.

Step 3

A. Insert crossbar D (#7) into crossbar C (#6), connect crossbar D (#7) and crossbar C (#6) by

using screw 1 (#13).

B. Repeat step A for balance 1 crossbar.

Step 4

Place the crossbar sets from steps 2 and 3 as depicted in the illustration below.

Step 5

A. Place post (#1) as depicted in the illustration below.

B. Insert screws 2 (#14) through posts (#1). Secure the set onto crossbars B & C (#5 & #6)

as figure below.

C. Insertc screws 2 (#14) through posts (#1). Secure the set onto crossbars A & D (#4 & #7)

as figure below.

Step 6

A. Insert 2-Tier roof tubes (#8) into roof connector (#12).

B. Insert corner roof tubes (#9) into 2-Tier roof tubes (#9).

C. Then, secure corner roof tubes (#9) onto posts (#1) by using screws 3 (#15) and nuts (#16)

as figure below.

Step 7

A. Insert roof tubes (#10, #11) into roof connector (#12).

B. Then, secure roof tubes (#10, #11) onto crossbar by using screws 3 (#15) and nuts (#16)

as figure below.

Step 8

A. Position one person on 5 ft ladder, following ladder’s safety recommendations to avoid

danger, so that person can reach top of gazebo.

B. Place fabric cover (#19) on top but do not tighten.

C. Place air vent cover (#18) on top, then secure finial (#18).

D. Then tighten fabric cover (#19) and hang mosquito net (#20).

E. Raise base cap (#3) and secure stakes (#21) into the ground.

USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

STORAGE:

In preparation for winter storage, remove leaves and dirt, dry and wrap in polybag to

prevent rusting.

Store in dry place.

Treat frame periodically with liquid wax for maximum protection against UV rays and

moisture.

Fabric covers clean with a soft brush and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly.

Dry completely.

Do not wash with soap as it may remove the protective coatings added by the factory.
