Hardware Installation
1. Install the antennas.
2. Insert your SIM card to the SIM card slot for the LTE network access.
3. Use an Ethernet cable to connect a computer to one of these ports
for initial configuration and/or Internet access.
4. Use the power adaptor provided with your LTE3311 to connect an
appropriate power source to this socket.
5. Push in the POWER button to turn the power on.
6. USB port for sharing files.

Look at the LEDs (lights) on the front panel.
•The POWER light is green when the LTE3311 is receiving power
and functioning properly. It is steady green when the LTE3301 has a
SIM card inserted and blinks if the SIM card is not ready.
•The INTERNET light is green when Internet access is available. It
blinks when transmitting data.
•The LTE light is green when the LTE3311 is connected to the LTE
network.
•The 3G/2G light is green when the LTE3311 is connected to the 3G/
2G network.
•The LTE/3G SIGNAL STRENGTH light is when excellent,
when fair and when poor.
•The WLAN/WPS light is green when Wi-Fi is enabled. It blinks
orange after you press the WPS button to set up a secure Wi-Fi
network with another WPS-enabled device. The process takes up to
two minutes.
•The PHONE light is green when your SIP account is registered. It
blinks green when there is an incoming call or the connected phone
is off the hook. It is orange when a SIP account for outgoing calls is
registered and there is a voice message. It blinks orange when there
is a voice message and the connected phone is off the hook.
•The USB light is green when the LTE3311 has a USB device
installed. It blinks green when the LTE3311 is transmitting and/or
receiving data from routers.

Set Up a Wireless Connection
The wireless LAN is enabled by default. Use the following information on
the back panel to connect to it.
Connect to the Internet
1. Open your browser and go to http://192.168.1.1.
2. Enter the default username “admin” and password “1234”. Click
Login.
