Safety Precautions
Please read these simple guidelines. Not following them may be dangerous or illegal.
Do not switch the phone on where Mobile Phone use is prohibited or when it
may cause interference or danger.
Do not place your phone and its accessories in containers with strong
electromagnetic field.
Obey all traffic laws. Always keep your hands free, to operate the vehicle
while driving. Your first consideration while driving should be road safety.
Hospitals or health care facilities may be using equipment that could be
sensitive to external radio frequency energy. Follow all regulations and rules
enforced.
Do not use the phone at a refueling station. Do not use near fuel or chemicals.
Follow all instructions. Wireless devices can cause interference in aircraft.
Keep the phone and all its parts, including accessories, out of the reach of
children.
Do not use the phone while connected to the charger or with wet hand or bare
feet.
Use only approved batteries and chargers. Disconnect the charger from the
power source when it is not in use. Do not leave the battery connected to a
charger for more than a week, since overcharging may shorten its life.
Please remove the battery only after the phone is switched off normally,
otherwise it could cause unpredictable damage for the phone.
Only qualified personnel should service the phone. Faulty service may be
dangerous and may invalidate any warranty applicable to the device.

The appearance of the mobile phone and introduction
Name Description
(1)Left Soft Key (LSK) In standby mode, press Left Soft Key to enter Shortcuts.
(2)Right Soft Key (RSK) In standby mode, press Right Soft Key to Calendar.
(3)Send Key Making or answering a call.
In standby mode, press this key to access the Call Logs
screen.
(4)End (Power) Key End calls or reject calls.
Long press: Power On, power Off.
(5)Up Key In standby mode, press Up key to show the Camera.
(5)Down Key In standby mode, press down key to show the phone book list.
(5)Left Key In standby mode, press Left key to show the Multimedia.
(5)Right Key In standby mode, press Right key to show the Message.
(5)Center Select Key (CSK) In standby mode, press the Center Select Key to go to the

Enter numbers, letters, and some special characters.
In standby mode, press and hold [1] to access your voice mail
server.
Long pressing the key "0" can connect Internet Services.

In standby mode, long press this key to select the symbol
”, ”+”, ”p”, ”w” . Short press this key to Input the symbol “ ”.

(7)Charger connector Plug the travel adapter into the charger connector.
(7)Headset jack Before using headset, pull in the headset to this jack.
Notice:
Long press means pressing the key for more than 2 seconds; short press means pressing
key for less than 2 seconds.

Icon Description
Indicates signal strength.
You have one or several missed call.
You have one or several new text messages.
You have one or several new voice mail.
Indicates a headset is connected to the phone.
Alarm clock has been activated.
General mode has been activated.
Meeting mode has been activated.

Indoor mode has been activated.
Indicates Bluetooth has been activated.

2 Getting Started
Install and charge the phone
1. Remove the battery cover 2. Insert the SIM card

3 Basic Functions
Switching On/Off
z In the power off status, long press the Power Key to switch on the phone.
z In the power on status, long press the Power Key to switch off the phone.
Making phone call
Making phone call using the keypad
1. In the standby mode, enter the phone number you want to dial, and press the Send Key to
make the call. To delete a character to the left of the cursor, press <Clear>. To save the
number, press <Save>.
2. To end the call, press the End Key.
Making phone call using contacts
1. In the standby mode, press the 5 way navigation key to access the Main menu.
2. Select the <Phone Book> to view the contacts list, and press Up/Down key to choose a
contact, or write the name of the contact.
3. Press the Send Key to make the phone call.
Making phone call using Last Dialed Number
1. In the standby mode, press the Send Key to access the Call Logs screen.

2. Scroll to the number or name you wish to redial, and press the Send Key.
Making phone call using Speed Dial
In standby mode, long press a number key to make phone call. See Phone Book for more
information about configuring speed dial.
Making a Conference Call
Conference call is a network service that allows you to take part in a conference call with
other participants.
1. Make a call to the first participant.
2. Enter the phone number of the second participant; or search a number from your Contacts,
press <Search> and find out the number you want to call.
3. Press the Send Key, The first participant is put on hold.
4. When the second participant picks up, press the Send Key to connect the calls.
5. To end the conference call, press the End Key.
Notice:
Whether conference calling can be enabled or not depends on whether the network
provider supplies this function and whether you have applied for such function.

Answering the call
1. To answer the call, press the Send Key or select <Answer>.
Press <Mute> to silence the ringing tone before you answer the call.
2. To reject the call, press the End Key or select <Reject>.
Adjust the earpiece volume
Press the navigation key of your phone to adjust the volume of the earpiece, during a call.
While adjusting the volume, a bar chart appears in the display indicating the volume level.
Answer a call with the keypad locked
To answer a call with the keypad locked, simply press the Send Key select <Answer>.
During the call, all features function as normal. When you end or reject the call, the keypad is
automatically locked again.
Operations during a call
During a call press <Options> for the following options: Hold, New Call, Phone Book,
Messages, Sound Recorder, Call History, Mute (On/Off), DTMF (On/Off).

Keypad lock
The keypad lock can prevent you from accidental calls. If the keypad is locked, it unlocks
when you receive a call. After the call, the keypad is automatically locked again. When the
keypad is locked, calls may be possible to the official emergency number programmed in
your phone.
Press LSK then press [
] key to unlock the keypad.

Text input method
Your phone provides following text input methods:
z English input method: input English characters.
z Numeric input method: input numeric characters.

z Press [ ] to enter symbol list.
z Press [#] to switch between Intelligent, Multi-tap and Numeric mode.
z Press [1] to insert common symbol under the multi-tap mode.

5 Phone Book
Phonebook
Display all the contacts. It will show the contacts list , Search for a contact and
press <Options> for the following: View, Send SMS, Send MMS, Dial, New Entry, Edit, Send
vCard, Copy, Copy to Phone, Mass Operate, Delete.
New Entry
Add new contacts and choose storage: To SIM, To Phone.
Mass Operate
A large number of contacts can be Deleted, Copy to SIM/Phone in a single operation .
Show Style
Use the menu, you can set Show SIM+Phone Entries, Show SIM Entries, Show Phone
Entries.
Storage/ Location
Use this feature to choose location of phone numbers in your SIM card or in Phone memory.
Copy All
Use this menu to copy the contacts from SIM and from Phone.

Delete
Use this menu to delete the contacts. The menu allows three options: From SIM, From Phone,
One by One.
View Group
You can classify a number of contacts into one group in accordance with their relationship, for
example: Family, Friend, VIP, Business, Others
Speed Dial
Use this menu to set Enable Speed Dial and Set Number. You can call the contacts of your
most frequently dialed numbers quickly.
Cell Number
Use this feature to check your phone number, or to assign a new number.
Memory Status
Check the number of contacts you have stored in the phone memory and in the SIM card.

6 Multimedia
Use the menu to play audio files and videos you saved.
The phone supports micro SD card of upto 2GB for external storage.
Audio Player
1. User can play audio files stored in the phone and in memory card.
2. Press <Option> to access different sub menus.
Video Player
1. User can play the recorded video files using this.
2. Press <Option> to access the following: Open, Forward, Rename, Delete, Delete All
Files, Sort, Bluetooth Settings
7 File Manager
Use the menu to manage the files you saved in the phone and memory
card.
