ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1.Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification.

2.Turn the power to the installation point OFF.

3.Install the stem (2) into the coupling (3), and nipple (4) into the coupling (5).

4.Install the chain (6) onto the hook (7). Install fabric shade (7) and secure with metal nut (9).

5.Install the rod (11) with the cover (12), rubber washer (13), glass panel (14), lock washer (15), hex nut

16), and cover (17). Secure with wheel(18).

6.Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and installation.

7.Install proper bulbs (not included) into each socket referring to the markings and/or labels on the

fixture for maximum wattage.

8.Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
