Step 1: Charge

Charge the LYT bottle cap fully

before use. Press activation button

to indicates battery life.

Green light indicates 40% - 100%

Orange light indicates 11% - 39%

Red light indicates 1% - 10%

Step 4: Cap

Screw on the LYT

bottle cap and

tighten for proper

seal.

Step 3: Fill

Fill your bottle with

tap water. Note: not

suitable with water

from stream or a river.

Step 2: Activate Self-Cleaning

Press and hold the power button for 5

seconds to activate self-cleaning

mode. LED flashes three times to

indicate self-cleaning mode is active.

Once self-cleaning is activated, cap

will turn-on automatically every hour

for a few seconds to keep your bottle

odor-free.

Step 5: Purify

Gently press button on top of cap 2

times to purify the water. This destroys

99.9% of e.coli in 3 minutes from your

drinking water. Product not tested on

viruses and pathogens.

Do not irradiate eyes with UV-C light

Do not activate the cap without installing on

the bottle

Use only with tap water or transparent water

source free of debris. Not suitable for water from

river or stream
