Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Self Test is a rapid, over-the-counter test that detects SARS-CoV-2 in people with or without symptoms. Website and complete
this process.

Select Self-Report
Results, which is below
the Managed Profiles
area on the home screen.
Important: You must
be connected to
an organization to
self-report test results
to an organization. For
instructions on how to do
this, consult the NAVICA™
Website: Connect to
an Organization Quick
Reference Guide.
Follow the prompts to
submit the test results.
a. Confirm the name
and date of birth of
the person who took
the test (who the test
result is for).
To change the person
who took the test,
select the drop-down
arrow and select a
profile name from
the list.
b. Confirm the Test
Type by selecting
the circular button
above the test image.
Then, select the
Continue button.

test result (Positive,
Negative or Invalid)
that applies to this
person. Then, select
the Continue button.
d. Confirm the test
result (Positive,
Negative or Invalid)
and select the
Submit button.
Review the test result
information when
provided. Then, print
your self-report test
or return to your
dashboard by selecting
one of the icons
on-screen.
If you test Positive,
follow the CDC guidelines
for Self Quarantine listed
on-screen and contact
your healthcare provider.

If the test is Invalid, follow the
CDC guidelines listed on-screen.
For reference, you may use
the guidelines indicated for a
Negative result as they apply to
an Invalid result as well.
Follow-up testing may also be
needed to confirm a Positive or
Negative result.

The BinaxNOW™ COVID-19 Antigen Self Test has not been FDA cleared or approved. It has been authorized by the FDA under an
emergency use authorization. It has been authorized only for the detection of proteins from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses
or pathogens, and is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of
emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug
and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb 3(b)(1), unless the declaration is terminated or authorization is revoked sooner. For serial testing,
the BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Self Test should be performed twice over 3 days, at least 24 hours (and no more than 48 hours) apart.
For symptomatic use, a single test can be used.

Important:
If applicable, retest
using the BinaxNOW™
COVID-19 Antigen Self
Test within 3 days of the
first test performed. Then,
self-report the test results.
Allow at least 24 hours
(and no more than
48 hours) between the
first and second tests.
