• Stop using the product when children reach the age of 5 years, or the weight of 50 lbs,

whichever comes rst.

• Only for use by children starting at a minimum of age 18 months up to a maximum of

5 years.

• This product is not a toy.

• Before assembly and each use, inspect this product for damaged hardware, loose

joints, missing parts or sharp edges. NEVER use if any parts are missing or broken.

• Adult assembly is required. Keep away from children until assembled.

• ALWAYS use urinal bowl when not using on toilet.
