Purpose
This harness is used to override the controller while in Tunnel to close the vent machines. This harness
only works with 3 wire PowerTraks.
Directions
1. Remove power from PowerTrak.
2. Disconnect control wires from PowerTrak, (HOT OUT, OPEN IN, CLOSE IN).
3. Connect control wires to harness (1903-0108). HOT OUT from Control to YELLOW wire with
connector. CLOSE from Control to RED wire with connector. OPEN from Control to BROWN wire
with connector.
4. Connect harness to PowerTrak. YELLOW wire with stripped end to HOT OUT. BROWN wire with
stripped end to OPEN IN. RED with stripped end to CLOSE IN.
5. Connect WHITE from harness to NEUT of PowerTrak.
6. Connect ORANGE from harness to desired tunnel stage in Contactor Control Panel. This wire will
connect to the HOT side of the coil.
7. Make sure Power Supply for both, PowerTrak and Contactor Control Panel are wired correctly, i.e.
WHITE is NEUTRAL, BLACK is HOT, and GREEN is GROUND before applying power.
