Installation manual for glass door without drilling
Il profilo di alluminio per anta in vetro consente la realizzazione di ante scorrevoli in vetro di sicurezza da 4+4 mm
oppure 5+5 mm, senza la necessità di forare il vetro. Il peso massimo dell’anta è di 90 kg per porte con servizio di
funzionamento continuo, oppure 120 kg con servizio di funzionamento intermittente. Se l’anta ha una larghezza
Lm > 1500 mm, aggiungere una staffa di fissaggio 818XG-0052 (b) al centro.
1. La misura dell’altezza del vetro Hg viene calcolata come indicato in Fig. 2.
N.B. Se si vuole ridurre la distanza (a) tra l’anta e la parete, utilizzare la staffa 818XG-0053, come indicato in Fig. 2 (a).
2. Tagliare i due profili di alluminio alla misura Lm + 1 mm, come indicato in Fig. 1.
3. Applicare la guarnizione adesiva nella parte interna dei profili di alluminio, come indicato in Fig. 1.
4. Assemblare i due profili di alluminio e le staffe 818XG-0052, come indicato in Fig. 1.
5. Inserire il vetro all’interno dei profili di alluminio e avvitare con forza le viti (b), come indicato in Fig. 1.
N.B. A causa dell’elasticità della guarnizione adesiva, è necessario avvitare le viti (b) per due o tre volte.
6. Se si usa il vetro di sicurezza da 5+5 mm, accorciare il pattino a pavimento come indicato in Fig. 3.
The aluminum profile for glass door allows the creation of sliding leaves in safety glass 4+4 mm or 5+5 mm,
without the need to drill the glass. The maximum weight of the leaf is 90 kg for doors with continuous operation, or
120 kg with intermittent operation. If the door has a width Lm > 1500 mm, add a 818XG-0052 (b) fixing bracket in
the center.
1. The measurement of the height of the glass Hg is calculated as shown in Fig. 2.
Note: if you want to reduce the distance (a) between the door and the wall, use the 818XG-0053 bracket, as shown in Fig. 2
(a).
2. Cut the two aluminum profiles to measure Lm + 1 mm, as shown in Fig. 1.
3. Apply the adhesive gasket on the inside of the aluminum profiles, as shown in Fig. 1.
4. Assemble the two aluminum profiles and the 818XG-0052 brackets, as shown in Fig. 1.
5. Insert the glass inside the aluminum profiles and tightly screw the screws (b), as shown in Fig. 1.
Note: due to the elasticity of the adhesive gasket, it is necessary to screw the screws (b) two or three times.
6. If 5 + 5 mm safety glass is used, shorten the floor guide as shown in Fig. 3.
