WARNING-- To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or serious personal injury:
1. This product is intended for use in processing foods for human consumption. Do not use the product
for any other purpose.
2. Do not leave the product unattended while in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical
outlet when it is not in use.
3. Keep the Power Cord and product away from heated surfaces.
4. Do not place product base into water or other liquids.
5. Do not use attachments which are not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
6. Handle the Blades with care as they are extremely sharp. Use caution when attaching or detaching
the Blades.
7. Do not touch moving parts (e.g., the Blades) while the product is in use. Keep hands and utensils
away from the moving blades while operating the product.
8. Before disassembling the product, unplug it from the electrical outlet and ensure the Metal Shaft and
Blades have completely stopped.
9. Do not plug or unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
10. To disconnect from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the plug; do not pull on the Power Cord.

11. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet prior to putting on or removing parts.
12. Never operate this product if it has a damaged Power Cord or plug, is not working properly, has been
dropped or damaged, or if the Base has been exposed to water or other liquids. Do not attempt to
examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform servicing.
Take the product to an appliance repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair.

or damage to the blender(another trade name may be used). A scraper may be used but must be
used only when the blender is not running(does not apply to an acceptable scraper integral with the
appliance).
20. Blades are sharp.Handle carefully.
21. Any other servicing should be performed by anthorized service representative.
22. This appliance has a polarized plug(one blade is wider than the other).To reduce the risk of electric
shock,this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet,reverse the plug.If it still does not fit,contact a qualified electrician.Do not modify the plug in any
way.
23. This product is intended for indoor,non-commercial,non-industrial,household use only.Do not use
outdoors.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
To avoid a circuit overload when using this product, do not operate high. Wattage product on the
same electrical circuit.
Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat increasing the risk of
fire.

To Assemble
1. Before using the product for the first time, wash all the parts except the Motor Housing in warm,
soapy water and then rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Place the Motor Housing on a flat, stable surface, and then place the assembled Pitcher in the top
of the Motor Housing and turn counterclockwise until it is firmly in place.
3. Place the Lid with Cap onto the Pitcher.
To Use
CAUTION: Do not operate the product until it is properly assembled.
1. Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
2. Pour the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
3. Wash all solid ingredients and cut them into pieces small enough to fit into the Cap.
CAUTION: The Pitcher has a six cup (48 oz /1.5 liter) capacity. Do not over-fill it.
CAUTION: Do not use the product for mashing or grinding heavy foods (e.g. , dough).
4. After filling the Pitcher with ingredients, Place the Lid with Cap securely onto the Pitcher.
5. Plug the product into a standard 220 volt AC electrical outlet.
6. Turn the Dial to the desired speed (1-5) or hold the Dial in the “P” position for Pulse.
CAUTION: Never operate the product empty.
CAUTION: Never operate the products motor for more than three minutes at a time.
Allow the motor to cool for 60 seconds after three minutes of operation.
NOTE: If the Blades are not operating smoothly, stop the product and add some liquid, or reduce the
contents in the pitcher.
7. Turn off the product by turning the Dial to the "0" position and then unplug the product from the
electrical outlet.
WARNING: Always unplug the product when it is not in use or will be left unattended.
8.When the Blades have stopped, the Pitcher can be removed from the Motor Housing.
Care and Maintenance
WARNING: Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical. Out before relocating,
assembling, disassembling, or cleaning it .
CAUTION: Before disassembling the product for cleaning, ensure the Blades have completely stopped
and use caution when attaching or detaching them, as they are extremely sharp.
Always clean the product immediately after each use. Wash all parts except the Motor Housing in
warm. Soapy water and then rinse and dry thoroughly. Never immerse the Motor Housing in water
or other liquids or use abrasive cleaners. Do not place any parts into a dishwasher or extremely
hot water.
To disassemble the pitcher for cleaning, turn the Blade Base counterclockwise and remove it, the
Blades, and Gasket from the pitcher. Use a small brush (not included) to remove particles of food
lodged underneath the blades.
Store the product in a cool, dry place.
