380/360 CLEANER REPLACEMENT BELT KIT
CMP 25563-017-000 (REPLACEMENT FOR 9-100-1017)
1. POSITION NEW BELTS
Detach cleaner wheels and remove old belts. Replace
with new belts and position wheels as before.
Ensure the plastic belt divider is positioned in the
center of the gear. It should be located between
the two drive belts to prevent overlapping.
2. TIGHTEN LEFT AXLE
At this point, the two screws attaching the axle to
the cleaner body should still be loose. To tighten
the left axle, push with thumb in the direction
indicated, towards the outside of the cleaner. While
continuing to hold rm, tighten the two screws to
attach the axle to the cleaner body.
3. TIGHTEN RIGHT AXLE
As before, the two screws attaching the axle to
the cleaner body should still be loose. To tighten
the right axle, push with thumb in the direction
indicated, towards the outside of the cleaner. While
continuing to hold rm, tighten the two screws to
attach the axle to the cleaner body.
4. CHECK YOUR WORK
A very small amount of “slack” remaining in the belts after tightening is normal. While holding
the cleaner up, spin the cleaner wheels to check the new belt installation. All cleaner wheels
should spin freely.
