 The whole product(both fridge and freezer compartments)

Positioning
1. Placetheapplianceinawell-ventilatedhumidity-freeroom.
2. Do not obstruct the rear fan grills. The compressor and
condensergiveoffheatandrequiregoodventilationtooperate
correctly and save energy.
3. Leaveaspaceofatleast10cmbetweenthetoppartofthe
applianceandanyfurnitureaboveit,andatleast5cmbetween
thesidesandanyfurniture/sidewalls.

1. Installtheapplianceonalevelandrigidfloor.
2. Ifthefloorisnotperfectlyhorizontal,adjusttherefrigeratorby
tightening or loosening the front feet.
Electrical connections
After the appliance has been transported, carefully place it
vertically and wait at least 3 hours before connecting it to the
electricitymains.Beforeinsertingtheplugintotheelectricalsocket
ensure the following:

Start-up and use
Starting the appliance

Thisisthenewboxwhichoffersmaximumflexibilityinorderto
stockyourfoodinanexcellentway.
Ifyouputinthelowsectionofyourfridgecompartment,onthe
crisperbox,itbecomesCHILLER,anditguaranteesatemperature
verycloseto0°C,whichisidealto:
-storemeat,fishanddelicatefood;
-rapidcoolingofhotfoods;
-low temperature defrosting (itinhibits the proliferation of
microorganisms).
Youcangetthe0°Ctemperature,instandardconditions,when
thefridgecompartmenttemperatureisatabout4°C.
BydecreasingthefridgetemperatureyoudecreasetheCHILLER
compartmenttemperaturetoo.
Ifyouputitinthe“upper”partofthefridgecompartment(A1),it
willbesuitabletostorefruitandvegetables,thusgivingyouthe

tankwithwater.Thewaterdispensersuppliescoldwaterwithout
havingtoopentherefrigeratordooreachtime.
Thisalsoallowsforreducingtheproduct’senergyconsumption.
Tofillthetank,lifttheflaporremovethecover(seepicture)then
pourinthewaterwithacarafeorothersuitablecontainer.Avoid
fillingthetankcompletely.

Always exclusively use drinkable natural mineral water: any
other liquid may hamper the device’s correct operation.
To withdraw water with the refrigerator doorclosed, press the
dispenseractuatorwithasuitablecontainer(glass,carafe,etc.).

The water tank should be cleaned regularly under running water; do

valve back on while ensuring that the internal seal adheres to the
endpartofthetankbushing;subsequently,putthetank-valve
assembly back into the appropriate cylindrical housing of the
door,whilemakingsurethattheupperhookontherearwallof
thetankisproperlyinsertedintheappropriatecompartmenton
theinnerwallofthedoor.Putthepreviouslyremovedledgesand
tankcoverbackinplace.
! Make sure that the tank has been properly inserted in the
door (see picture).

Using the freezer to its full potential
• Donotre-freezefoodthatisdefrostingorthathasalreadybeen
defrosted.Thesefoodsmustbecookedandeaten(within24
hours).
• Freshfoodforfreezingshouldnotbeplacedincontactwiththe
onealreadyfrozen;itshouldbeplacedinthelowerFREEZER
andSTORAGEcompartmentthatprovidesthebestfreezing
rate.
•To freeze fresh food in the best and safest way possible,
activatetheSUPERfunction24hoursbeforeplacingthefood
inthefreezer.Afterplacingthefoodinside,activatetheSUPER
function again; it will be deactivated automaticallyafter 24
hours;
Donotplaceglassbottleswhichcontainliquids,andwhicharecorked
orhermeticallysealedinthefreezerbecausetheycouldbreak.
• The maximum quantityof food that may be frozen daily is
indicated on the plate containing the technical properties
locatedonthebottomleftsideoftherefrigeratorcompartment
(forexample:2Kg/24h).
! To avoid blocking the air circulation inside the freezer
