Step 2: Install Fixed Swing Arm Assembly

A) Install Rear Bolt partially into Fixed Swing Arm Assembly

and insert up into bottom of chair frame.

B) Drop Rear Bolt into slot and pull toward head end of chair.

C) Install Front Bolt. Then tighten both Front and Rear Bolts.

D) Raise chair base and remove 4” x 4” block and lower chair.

Step 1: Remove Fixed Swing Arm Assembly

A) Raise chair base and block up with 4” x 4” block.

B) Remove Front Bolt and loosen Rear Bolt.

C) Slide Fixed Swing Arm Assembly toward the foot

end of chair, Lift Rear Bolt out of slot.

D) Rotate Fixed Swing Arm Assembly down and

remove from bottom of chair base.
