12 Product description
Whether it's living areas, work areas, conference rooms or waiting rooms, the air in these spaces is filled with
dust, especially fine dusts that are harmful to your health. At the same time, there is also heavy exposure to
biological and chemical pollutants. Structural defects, materials, paints, wood preservatives and so-called
volatile organic compounds can all be the source. We want to feel good and remain productive. We all want
clean air without harmful fine dusts, without VOC exposure, unpleasant odours, as well as fewer infections
due to fewer bacteria and viruses, fewer unpleasant smells and fewer allergens in the kid's bedroom.
AL-KO PURE reliably removes fine dust, allergens, bacteria, odours, and VOC.

12.2 Illumination and colour selection
You can adjust the colours and brightness of the LED ring according to your wishes to ensure a pleasant
ambience.
There are 10 colours to choose from as well as an automatic colour selection feature. The colours can be
customised by the user.
When selecting automatic colour selection, all colours will be softly displayed in sequence. There are 10
brightness levels to choose from.
12.3 3-stage filter cartridge
The filter cartridge is composed of the catalyst filter, active carbon filter and EPA filter. The EPA filter E11
ensures that fine dust, allergens, pollen and dust particles as small as 0.3 μm are filtered out.
12.4 Plasma electrode
The patented AL-KO plasma technology provides air treatment for the environmentally-friendly removal
of the smallest, gaseous, organic carbon compounds such as smoke molecules, viruses, bacteria, and
spores. Additional degradation reactions take place in the 3-stage filter. In the process, the plasma acts to
regenerate the 3-stage filter so that long service lives can be achieved for the 3-stage filter.
12.5 VOC sensor
The VOC sensor is a special sensor that automatically measures the contamination level in the air. The
VOC sensor has an automatic calibration feature.
12.6 Fan
The fan has 5 selectable levels as well as "AU" automatic mode. In automatic mode, the fan level adjusts
itself to the contamination level determined by the sensor.
12.7 Pre-filter
The F7 filter class pre-filter takes all contaminants, fine dusts and pollen larger than 3 μm out of the extracted
air and protects the next filter.
This enables long-lasting functionality.
12.8 Timer
You can select from 1-99 hours. The machine switches off after the desired time. Ideal for air purification
after leaving the flat or office.
12.9 Service display and filter replacement
The service LED on the control panel lights up when service is required.
