The most recent revisions of the Event Master Toolset (EMT) GUI, Video Processor firmware, and operating
system for the Event Master (E2, S3–4K, and EX), and ImagePRO–4K products offer bug fixes, many features,
and improved functionality that are not available in previous revisions. Using the latest software helps ensure
that you do not run into bugs that have already been fixed, allows you to take advantage of the latest
improvements, and ensures interoperability with all Event Master cards, both Generation 1 and Generation 2. It
will also allow you to run the same code in all Event Master products.
Solution
Verify that the Event Master or ImagePRO–4K device is loaded with the latest software version available on the
Barco web site (https://www.barco.com/en/products/image-processing).
Scope
This solution applies to all Event Master and ImagePRO–4K processors and controllers.
Software Versions
Use the latest firmware and operating system versions available on the Barco web site (

EMT GUI Software
For E2, S3, EX, and ImagePRO–4K processor control, use EMT software version 6.3 Build 49778 or higher.
Video Processor Firmware
For E2, S3, EX, and ImagePRO–4K processors, use firmware revision 06.3.2477 or higher.
Operating System
The table below lists the latest software versions of the EMT GUI software, Video Processor firmware, and
operating-system revisions for Event Master and ImagePRO–4K devices.
